We recommend exfoliating once a week to ensure you do not strip all your natural body oils or dehydrate the skin. For people with oily skin, it is possible to exfoliate up to twice a week.

It is recommended by health professionals to replace the glove every 6-8 weeks for hygiene purposes.

We strongly advise not to exfoliate when sunburnt as it will further irritate your skin. After the redness has disappeared the glove is great to help remove the dry flaky skin caused by sun damage.

Results are dependant on what you are trying to achieve.
Your skin will feel silky smooth after the first use.
Depending on your skin type you will notice dead skin or fake tan peeling as you firmly glide the glove up and down your body.
Results for scarring and stretch marks may be evident after 4-5 uses (1-2 months).

No. The glove works by using friction therefore no soap or conditioners should be used. Ensure your body is completely clean of oils and not under water when in use.

Thoroughly rinse with hot water using only natural soap to clean the glove. Place in a clean dry place to air and dry out. Do not machine wash.

Most people do see skin peeling, however it is dependant on how much dead skin or tan they have on their body. The best results are achieved when your skin is damp and as soft as possible. Please note, visible peeling is not guaranteed. The exfoliation process is still working with the peel.
